This exceptionally charming house is the old village forge building. The atmosphere of the house gives the immediate impression of being at home on vacation. The house is fully restored in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Located in the heart of the village on a plot of over one hectare without vis-à-vis. Lovers of old stones will appreciate the building combining comfort and authenticity. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. Outside you will enjoy the stone terrace, the large garden overlooking the private park with garden furniture and an Weber barbecue. Around the private and heated swimming pool with an electric cover, you will rest quietly in a deckchair in the sun before setting off on a walk to discover the Périgord Noir.

Location
The house is located in Saint Amand de Coly. Its 11th century abbey with its surroundings make it a little gem in a calm and relaxing environment, classified in 2009 among the most beautiful villages in France. Many walks are possible on foot or by bike.
A night market takes place in the village square every Tuesday from late June to early September from 6 p.m.
During the summer season, a bread store and a tea room open in the village of Saint Amand de Coly, a few steps from the abbey.
