Indoors 

The house comprises beautiful interiors, confortable and tastefully decorated.
Guests can appreciate the modern dining room and the living room with fantastic sea view. 
An entire floor is dedicated to the master bedroom. The space has been built directly into the exposed volcanic rock, creating a relaxed and fresh ambience.
The level enjoys floor to ceiling windows, a wood-burning fireplace, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom, and a large living area with designer sofas and a large screen TV.
The second floor is dedicated to the remaining three double bedroom suite and living areas. 
The property has also an annex for staff, meaning guests receive the highest level of service any time of the day or night.


Outdoors​ 

This beautiful property features pleasant exteriors, well equipped and landscaped.
Guests can appreciate the private vegetable and herb garden (expertly curated by the chef, which provides fresh produce every day, ensuring an exquisite culinary experience).
They can also enjoy the large alfresco dining area with sunset view, the large sun terraces and the swimming pool (with diving board, sun lounges and view over Capri).
On request, it is possible to access to the LV wine cellar which boats the region's most extensive private collection of fine wines and cigars.


Staff & Services

The price includes the services of an in-house italian chef from one of the most renowned academy in Italy : the Eccellenze Campane (Note : Chef is included, food and beverage is on consumption.), a full time professional butler, a dedicated in-house concierge available 24/7(to book restaurants, taxis, undertake grocery shopping and organise daily activities...), a daily housekeeping, the final housekeeping, champagne reception and pre-stocked fridge on arrival, complementary luxury bath and skin products by Acqua Di Parma, fresh flowers and candles, and a daily pool/garden maintenance.

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as a private guided tour of the island (including Faraglioni and Grotta Azzurra), a private tour by boat (to Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano), scuba diving experiences with qualified instructor, a VIP tour to the property "Tenuta La Fratta" in Tuscany (to taste local wines and specialities), guided mountain biking/E-bike and hiking tours, tennis and paddle, private beach picnics, sailing and windsurfing instruction, VIP helicopter transfers, VIP boat transfers, personal shopper services and supplied food supplies, wellness and beauty treatments, personal trainers, yoga instructors, babysitting, wedding and event planning, cooking classes, gaming console, professional laundry service...

Guests can also enjoy an exclusive access to the private speed boat 10.40 MT, available daily on reservation, with professional skiper (From 1.500 euro per day, 8.500 euros per 6 days - Fuel on consumption). Built in 2021, it is the latest walk-around yacht to be created by Fiart Mare (large cockpit, above average size for its class, enormous "U" shapped sofa which can be converted into a sunbathing or lunch area, comfortable bow bed, kitchen and toilet).
