Villa Baronia is an impressive, historical villa, dating from the 17^th century, which is located in Santo Stefano di Camastra, in the north of Sicily. The house has recently been restored with exceptional attention to detail and a unique design, with both a traditional style and contemporary flair by using upcycled furniture. Thanks to its 7 bedrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 14 guests for a stylish holiday in Sicily.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also living area.


Indoors 

This imposing house offers lots of space and large interiors. Each room has its own incredible design.
With minimal furnishing, gorgeous stone walls and an ancient olive press, the stunning entrance hall makes a real statement. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a dining room with a stunning glass table and an access to a balcony, a modern kitchen with a large window and a balcony, an office and a sitting room with sofas and smart TV. On this floor, there are also a secondary kitchen and a double bedroom, accessed via the office, with ensuite shower.
On the first floor, there is a mezzanine-like hallway under the eaves furnished with sofas that looks down over the entrance. There are also three bedrooms in this area, all with unique style and extraordinary design. One has a double bed, one has a twin beds and the third one has a beautiful round bed. All have their own bathrooms. At the end of the corridor, above the entrance hall, guests can appreciate another beautiful bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a sixth bedroom with ensuite bathroom is accessed from a secondary staircase near the second kitchen.
The villa offers a separate suite, ideal for a couple and accessible from the garden only, via a charming bridge. This beautiful bedroom was furnished with great taste and has a stylish round double bed, an ensuite bathroom, a sitting area and a small kitchen.


Outdoors​ 

The villa is a traditional stone Baglio, surrounded by paths and staircases, complete with a charming courtyard where visitors can enjoy an outdoor dining area and a barbecue.
The property has a pool area which is set below the villa, surrounded by beautiful Sicilian countryside. There are a pleasant gazebo, sunloungers, a changing room and a bathroom with a shower, as well as an outdoor shower. The pool (14 x 3,5 metres) is open to guests from 10th April to 23rd October.
The villa has also a private parking.


Staff & Services

Price includes a welcome pack, pool cleaning, garden maintenance, rubbish collection once a week, city tax and final housekeeping. For multiple-week bookings, a weekly linen changes and a cleaning service are included. The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional housekeeping, additional linen/towel change and shopping delivery.

Thanks to its location, Villa Baronia offers to guests the possibility of exploring north Sicily with its pretty towns, beaches and sights.
