The property is located in the region of Chianti, very close to the village of Radda from where you will be able to reach some of the most important Tuscan and Umbrian cities such as Volterra, Pisa or San Gimignano.

Fully equipped kitchen leading onto a patio with bbq, pizza oven and "al fresco" dining area.
There is a sitting room with divans, armchairs, TV and fireplace.
Dining room seating up to 12 people. It includes a mobile bar.
Guest bathroom with WC and washbasin.
On the lower ground floor you will find a wine cellas with a wide range of wines for sale.
There is also a Gym room, fully equipped with: weights, yoga equipment, vogatore...
Wellness area with turkish baths, basin and shower.

There is an outdoor salt water swimming pool (12x5 metres) and 1,4 to 2 meters depth.

Gazebo with table and chairs perfect to enjoy breakfast in the calm.
Open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Located in the Chianti area, in the Italian Tuscany, famous for its hills and landscapes.
In the immediate area of the town of Radda, guests can easily explore the unique regions of Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Chianti.
All the most important Tuscan and Umbrian cities are 2/3 hours drive. (Lucca, Pisa, Volterra,Arezzo, Cortona, Urbino, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Pienza, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Vinci, Certaldo....) not to mention the infinite number of villages, medieval and Renaissance castles, all within 20 kms.

The Carleone wines of the vineyard have received many prizes and the olive oil is delicious.
