Torre is a stunning villa rebuilt on the ruins of a medieval defensive tower of the estate. It is almost impossible to find a view as enthralling as the wooded valley below Torre.
The gorgeous infinity pool and the spectacular roof terrace offer stunning panoramic views that will remain carved into your memory.
With three bedrooms, each individually decorated in warm colours with oversized beds fitted with linen made of the finest soft cottons, and an elegant living room with fireplace, you will feel as if you were staying in the house of a special friend which you will never want to leave.

Location

To reach the villa there are 3km of white gravel road. Please note that the roads are in good conditions but occasionally steep and with little stones as all the country roads, so they are not suitable for low-height cars.
We usually advise a to rent a 4x4 (just because driving would be more comfortable) but neither our staff or our usual guests ever rent it, unless they have their own. As a matter of fact, even if the roads are white gravel roads, a standard car is usually more than enough.
Villa Torre has the unique advantage of being situated in the very centre of Umbria, an area where the simple pleasures of country living embrace art, history and architecture offering wonderful food and wine in nearby towns throughout the two adjoining regions of Lazio and Tuscany. Florence and Rome are within two hours’ drive of the estate and Siena, Arezzo, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi and Orvieto are all nearby. The region’s capital city Perugia is just 20 minutes away and offers a wealth of cultural activities. Other spectacular hilltop towns include Cortona and Preggio, the latter with its annual classical music festival, as well as the annual Montone Film Festival which attracts an international audience.
