Master bedroom. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom outside the room, private, with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin.

Room 2 - Guest House - 1 :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom shared, with shower.

Room 3 - Guest House - 2 :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom shared, with shower.


Indoors 

The interiors of the property captivate with their clean lines and invitation to contemplation.
There are three separate units:
- The main house contains a large, bright master suite, living areasand a "Mediaroom", where a wall to wall daybed is creating room for the whole family to watch a movie projected on the wall. All top notch equipment for streaming available. The spacious living/dining room is bathed in natural light and opens onto magnificent landscapes. The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the patio, providing the ideal setting to enjoy your morning coffee in peace.
- The guest house offers two elegant bedrooms.
- The garage, with a roof terrace.


Outdoors 

Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool (3 x 10m - Depth : 1.5m). The central patio, sheltered from the wind, promises convivial evenings in complete privacy. The garden planted with local species, the rooftop with a 360° view, and the multiple terraces offer spaces conducive to relaxation, meditation or sharing. Here, every corner of the property offers multiple views of the unspoilt beauty of the Alentejo.
The parking can accommodate up to 3 cars.


Location

Located just 10 minutes from the village of Melides and a 15-minute drive from the beaches, the villa enjoys an ideal location: secluded to ensure privacy and communion with nature, yet close to the village's restaurants, markets and cafés. The beaches of Melides, Carvalhal, Comporta and the surf spots around Sines are all within easy reach by car. A rare address, perfect for exploring the region, savouring authentic Portuguese life or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the Alentejo, far from the hustle and bustle.


Notes:
- The villa is reserved for children aged 14 and over, ensuring peace and quiet and an adult atmosphere.
- As it is located in the Serra de Melides (300 metres above Melides beach), the last 200 metres to the house are via a dirt track. You will need to drive slowly as this track is very dusty in places and quite rocky in others.
