You'll be charmed by the open-plan living room, which has a sitting area with built-in sofa lounge, TV and direct access to the terrace.
The dining area can seat up to 12 people and the kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen also has a kitchen island/bar with 5 bar stools and all modern appliances. The house also has 4 charming bedrooms. There is also a utility room (behind the kitchen) with a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge.

Flat:
Here you'll find a cosy round lounge area, breakfast bar and kitchenette. There are also two bedrooms sharing a shower room.

The villa is nestled in a magnificent, fully fenced Mediterranean garden (650 m2), perfect for enjoying the great outdoors.
