Note :
- For larger groups, there is a separate guest house (aprrox. 60 m2) at the end of the property that can be included (on request and at extra cost). The guest house contains a double 150 cm bedroom, living and TV room, private bathroom and its own kitchen.


Indoors

Bright and refined, this villa charms with its glass façades and airy architecture. The spacious, open-plan communal areas are arranged around a comfortably furnished lounge, a contemporary fireplace and a home cinema. A designer kitchen with a central island and adjoining dining room is perfect for entertaining and sharing moments together. An interior patio adds a touch of zen.


Outdoors

The outdoor areas are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. In the centre, a remarkable swimming pool (22 x 3.5m - depth: 1.6 to 1.8m) offers superb laps under the Catalan sun, while a jacuzzi (not heated) provides relaxation and conviviality for up to ten people. Two chill-out areas, a rooftop lounge with panoramic views, and an outdoor fitness area (with static bikes, musculation weights and multistation) allow you to savour the Mediterranean lifestyle at any time of day. The outdoor dining area, equipped with a high-end barbecue, extends these pleasures to the open air.
5 cars can be parked inside the property (and more than 8 cars outside).
