Le Pouce

Enjoying a light breeze, the flank of this mountain is always sheltered from the heavy summer heat. You will enjoy your ascent while breathing the good smells of the acacias and guava trees that populate Le Pouce.

With family or friends, you can walk this iconic mountain while practicing a physical and fun activity.

Lion Mountain

The Lion Mountain is part of a set of peaks and rises to 638 metres. It offers adventurers a breathtaking view of the entire South coast. Do not forget your camera to capture these sublime landscapes. Opposite are the island of La Passe and the island of the Lighthouse.

The route allows you to explore and discover the local flora and fauna, such as the Kestrel, a small Mauritian falcon that is not uncommon during the excursion.

Black River Peak

This 90-minute course will take you to a small peak from where you can admire all the neighbourhoods of Black River but also Chamarel, Le Morne and Île aux Bénitiers.

To achieve this you will have to go through exotic trees, a great way to discover the local flora!

For the somewhat steep sections, strings have been made available to facilitate the course, so that you can enjoy your excursion without hindrance.

This is a very well known excursion which will be a real challenge for seasoned athletes. On the route: ridges, hollows of 300m...a playground for all those who appreciate climbing.

The view is breathtaking as before you stretches the heart of Crève valley but also the village of Laura.

This course requires good physical and sporting conditions. It is not recommended for people suffering from vertigo.
