The villas are of Balinese-Mauritian architecture with Balinese/Zen interior decoration offering 550 square metres of living area, including beach/pool terraces and seafront garden.

Villa Tiara is a luxurious 5 bedroom house. All bedrooms are fitted with king/queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning.
Tiara can be combined with its 'sister' 3-bechoom villa Almira located in the same domain. 


Bedrooms

- Master bechoom with sea view (1st floor): spacious, composed of a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, walk-in wardrobe, and access to the private balcony and hammam
- Second bedroom sea view (garden level): composed of a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and a wardrohe
- Third bedroom sea view (garden level): composed of a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and wardrobe
- Fourth bedroom pool view (garden level): composed of a queen size hed, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and a wardrobe
• Fifth bedroom pool view (1st floor): composed of a queen size hecl, en-suite batlhroom with shower, toilet and walk-in wardrobe

Note that we can add up to 4 extra single beds in the extra 6th room in this villa.


Indoors

5-bedroom villa - 550 sqm which can accommodate a maximum of 12 people (adults or children) plus two babies under 2 years. All rooms are air conditioned and have a ceiling fan.
The 550 m2 property notably includes a spacious living room that extends onto furnished terraces, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, a private pool, hammam, and a tropical garden. Tiara has a 6th room that can be used as an office or converted into a guest room.
The TV Room is fitted with satellite TV, DSTV (English), Movie Surround System and Blu Ray DVD Player.
The villa offers full office facilities and free wifi throughout the villa.
The ground floor comprises a living room, two dining rooms - one interior, one exterior, fully-equipped kitchens, a beach-facing verandah, a private swimming pool as well as outdoor showers.

General manager on site daily (6 days/week).
