Villa Prima Donna is a rare gem, ideally located in the Gulf of St Tropez, just a 10-minute walk from the beaches and the centre. This beautiful residence, which has been tastefully renovated and decorated, is located in the sought-after Sémaphore district. This haven of peace, with its heated swimming pool and magnificent 180-degree views, is perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Saint Tropez. It's a wonderful place to stay for an idyllic holiday with family or friends.

Indoors 

The house is ideally designed to ensure that everyone has their own private space in the bedrooms. The lounge, dining room and kitchen open onto the pool terrace. The house is very well equipped and offers all the comforts you need for a superb stay.
There are 5 pretty bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.


Outdoors 

The house is surrounded by a generous 1800m2 garden, planted with umbrella pines and tropical plants. 
You'll love the 5 well-appointed terraces (garden furniture, deckchairs, large dining tables).
You can also take advantage of the beautiful infinity pool (heated all year round - 10 x 3.5m - Depth: 1.5m). The pool is secured by a roller shutter and an alarm.
6 bicycles are available (including 2 electric).
You can also enjoy free access to shared tennis courts, just a few minutes' walk away. These, which belong to the residence below, are open all year round without booking. Tennis rackets and balls are available in the house. 


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from the services of a swimming pool attendant and gardener.
On request and at extra cost, various services can be organised (housekeeping, baby sitting, home chef, breakfasts, shopping, home massages, etc.).

The house is set in a very quiet residential environment, at the end of a cul-de-sac.

- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Amount of security deposit : 2 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

Comments

The view from the villa is magnificent and the outdoor areas are great. The villa has authentic look which we liked a lot and its location in a quiet area was perfect for our family.
Cleanliness in the bathrooms and kitchen were good and the air conditionings in all rooms worked perfectly. There are lot of towels to use and some blankets also. Kitchen had all we needed (except glasses).
Cleanliness:
I would expect a cleaner living area at arrival, there were to many spider/dust webs in corners of the floor and ceilings of the house.
A good vacuum cleaning before we arrived would have been appreciated. Also the outdoor area could have used a easy sweep of the blankets and pillows out there before we arrived.
Maintenance:
There is a broken light in the swimming pool.
Only two of the electric bikes are working.
The kitchen needs more glasses, just basic glasses of all kinds.
