Located in a 110-year-old carriage factory, one dining room looks upon the kitchen and the other is surrounded by old stone walls. With only 40 seats, the spaced-out tables create an intimate dining experience. Chef Sastrenger’s menu highlights the cuisine of the Empordà region in an imaginative way, transforming traditional dishes like gazpacho and octopus tart into artistic, delicious creations. The famous chef Paco Pérez has five stars for three of his restaurants, yet Miramar remains closest to his heart. Each is a colourful work of art, like the starfish of crab, caviar, trout, and seaweed orbs.
