Where to stay in Val d’Isère: Centre Village, La Daille, Le Fornet and more

Our properties are located across several areas of Val d’Isère, each offering a different setting. Centre Village places shops, restaurants and the snow front close at hand, while La Daille has its own lifts and provides easy access to the Bellevarde sector and La Folie Douce. Le Fornet offers a quieter village atmosphere at the eastern end of the resort. Val d’Isère also shares its ski area with Tignes, with linked pistes connecting the two resorts.

Skiing and winter activities in Val d’Isère

Val d’Isère forms part of the linked Tignes–Val d’Isère ski area, with around 300 km of marked pistes extending from 1,550 metres to above 3,400 metres. The terrain ranges from beginner areas to more demanding red and black runs, making it well suited to large groups of mixed abilities.

Away from the pistes, Val d’Isère offers winter walks and snowshoeing, ice skating, sledging and other activities around the village and surrounding mountains. Restaurants, shops and the resort’s cultural spaces offer a change of pace between days on the slopes.
