Recognised as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1990, Mont Ventoux is home to a very diverse vegetation. In the North, it is a mediterranean vegetation that colonises the steep slopes of Mount Ventoux. This long stroll will also allow you to capture some deer, wild boars, roe deers and chamois down the slopes cut out of the mountain.
