Our villas in Morocco are designed to enhance every stay. Many feature private pools — sometimes heated for year-round use — vast gardens, shaded patios and sun-drenched terraces with breathtaking views. Inside, guests enjoy elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, refined living rooms and fully equipped kitchens. Some properties also include hammams or access to nearby golf courses, enhancing both wellbeing and leisure during your stay.
Our villas are located in Morocco’s most emblematic destinations. Choose a luxury villa or riad in Marrakech near the city centre or the modern district of Gueliz, serene properties in with private pools in Essaouira by the Atlantic, or tranquil retreats near the Atlas Mountains. Further afield, our portfolio extends to Oualidia, Agadir and Taroudant, where guests can discover golden beaches, quiet coves and authentic Moroccan coastal life.
With Villanovo’s concierge service, each stay becomes effortless. A private chef can prepare seafood dinners on the terrace. You can also choose a villa with house staff to ensure daily comfort. Our teams arrange airport transfers, hammam rituals, massages at home or yoga sessions in the garden. Guests can also enjoy curated excursions: camel rides, buggy or quad tours in the Agafay Desert, guided visits to the Ben Youssef Madrasa, or hot-air balloon flight at the sunrise. Every detail is anticipated with care.
Staying in Morocco means immersing yourself in its rich history and vibrant traditions. Wander through souks filled with artisanal crafts, savour pastries such as gazelle horns, or sip sweet mint tea in the shade of palm trees. Explore the fortresses and monuments that tell the story of Moroccan culture, or enjoy mountain biking in the High Atlas with stunning landscapes as a backdrop. For a different perspective, enjoy a camel ride at sunset or a hot-air balloon flight at dawn. Between rich history, fresh seafood, pretty gardens with olive trees, lively souks and modern amenities, Morocco offers a wealth of experiences that make each stay both authentic and memorable.
We mostly relaxed at the villa. We had on-site massages, which were very popular, and we also went quad biking, which was great fun in the Agafay Desert region. A visit to the souk is a must and was well organised by Simo at Villanovo.
Simo from Villanovo organised a brilliant breakfast at Kasbah Tabouk and hike for us with Omar (fabulous guide) in the Atlas. We loved it.
